Terms of use

Last updated September 4, 2026. SeptiSchedule is an informational site and lead form, not your pumper, inspector, or attorney.

The service

You may use the calculator, guides, and forms for personal, non-scraping use. Content is general information. It is not a substitute for a licensed septic pumper, installer, inspector, engineer, or lawyer. Local codes in Texas and elsewhere override anything on this site.

Estimates

Pump intervals and the $300–$560 residential pump-out band are editorial estimates. Your tank, soil, usage, and invoice will differ. Operator “pilot pricing” on /operators is not an offer to sell leads and is not what homeowners pay.

Quotes

Submitting the homeowner form is a request to be contacted. It does not create a contract with SeptiSchedule or with any pumper. We may be unable to match your ZIP. Operators join a waitlist only; there is no checkout.

Accuracy

We try to keep guides practical and current. We do not warrant completeness. If you have a backup or sewage in the home, call a licensed professional and, if needed, emergency services — do not wait on a web form.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, SeptiSchedule is not liable for decisions you make based on the calculator or articles, or for work performed by third-party operators.
